Kejohanan ini dibawakan oleh IFQ ASIA SDN. BHD. dengan kerjasama Qi Razali Studios, FA Selangor dan GamesBond. Kejohanan ini turut ditaja oleh ANF Logistic dan KakiJersi. Usaha ini dijayakan bersama Persatuan Sukan Elektronik Selangor dan Kelab Sukan Elektronik Bolasepak Selangor.

These are unofficial and unregulated, created to help the FIFA 19 gamers and community to have fun, meeting new competitors in a competitive event and help to boost up the overall esports scene in the region.
